This weird facial skull tattoo looks bloody freaky and revolting but I like it very much, it is quite clever indeed. The tattoo was done on Rick Genest by Frank at Derm FX Tattoo in Montreal.
You have to admit, it is one of the weirdest face tattoos yet you cannot stop looking at it.
He is sooo sexy! If you look through the tattoo to what he really looks like… he is very good looking and the tattoo just adds to him!!!

That must have hurt so bad… I heard tattoos always hurt the worst on the face (unless ur insane and get them… other places…) but still, aweosme
