I just want to be serious for a minute, the first ever pregnant man that was on the Oprah Winfrey show to prove he is the first man having a baby, it absolutely pathetic. All you people really do need to get a brain and realise that he is actually a she trying to be a he.
If that confused you let me explain, he is a woman because he /she has a vagina, ovaries and all the other bits needed to become pregnant, so this makes him a definite SHE.
Ok yes once Thomas Beatie has gone through the whole change then it is only then she will actually be a man. So remember this Thomas Beatie is in fact a real SHE hoping in the future to be a HE.

As a nurse, I became aware of many babies who are born with questionable sex. The doctor or the parents have to decide which sex to treat them as, which sex they will grow up to identify with. This even when physically they have aspects of the other sex within them. We need to be flexible and to honour a persons choice. The US Declaration of Independence calls for ‘equality for all,’ I beleive this includes respect.

ok it isnt this guys fault he was born with female and male parts! and that his wife didnt want to get pregnant, but she wanted to have kids… so this poor guy had to embrace another side of his individuality, he had to turn even more feminine rather than masculine which is what he grew up as, and he had to get pregnant to please his wife, and im sure the extra attention from media and other pplz werent a down side to this choice, so he is a guy who seriously has an excuse to be bi… he has a vagina and a penis… i wish i had both geesh lol.
