Giran Jobe has been fined £75 because of his two-grunting while working out, he has been making his neighbour’s life a misery. While he was working out in his top-floor-flat his grunting was reaching almost 100 decibels.
His neighbours have been suffering from many sleepless nights, from the sound of the grunting and his dumbbells being slammed on the floor.
