You have to be a stupid when for trying to cash a check for $360 Billion, but that is exactly what Charles Ray Fuller, 21 from Crowley tried to do. The guy tried to cash this stolen check at Chase Bank, the teller had to do a double check as the check amount was so huge.
Fuller made the check out to Fulla Comp and Entertainment and had been stolen from Paula Prettyman, who is the mother of his girlfriend. When police arrested Fuller he had a gun as well as marijuana on his person.
