A Japanese civil servant has now been demoted as it has come to light that he has visited pornographic Web sites over 780,000 times while at work over the last nine-months. The pervert works for the Kinokawa government, the strange thing is none of his colleagues ever noticed that he was going on to these porno websites.
Pervert? So he pleased himself? What’s the problem?

I dont see how hes a pervert for looking at porn, but 780,000 in 9 months is quiet a lot!
