Indian villagers beat & burn woman witch to death
Is this common India? Now not sure if this is weird or just plain cruelty but hey here goes, police in the central Indian state of Chhattisgarh have arrested 17 Indian villagers after killing a woman who was suspected of being a witch.

The woman who was 40 called Phool Kunwar was dragged out of her home on the night of Monday and beaten then burned with a hot iron. Out of the accused were three women and if found guilty they could face the death penalty or life in prison.

Get this, one of the woman accused said she had done nothing wrong because she was instructed by a divine power to punish the woman for being a witch.
