I have heard of love at first sight, but when this couple first met 8 years ago it was because they were brother and sister and never knew each other as children. They both fell in love and since then, Patrick has served 2 jail terms, they have had four children in Germany and two of them have been born with disabilities.

The brother is to be jailed again for sex with his sister, this incest couple lost their battle in front of Germany’s highest court and Patrick will get another 30 months in jail.
