
Dubai’s crown prince decided to spend $2.7 million just for one camel while at a recent desert festival which celebrates the Bedouin traditions. Sheik Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid al-Maktoum purchased 16 camels altogether at a total of $4.5 million.
There was also a camel beauty contest, the camels that were entered had to strut their stuff showing of their best bits, like their legs and feet, neck, nose, lips and head.
