the baby is not a god, she should not be worshipped.it just so happened that there is cranial dupplication due to incomplete cell division.the concernrs have to do something to educate the people in their place that this things really exist and that they should not treat that baby as god.

You never know what god has in mind. A child is a gods gift and somehow god may have created 2 faces on a baby to show that he really exists. The indian god Ravan, had 7 heads and is similar to the baby with 2 heads. My point is god creates unique things and that is the wonder of life.
